Nakama Ride: August
NAMBA's monthly Nakama Ride: a relaxed social group ride at Twin Peaks, Niseko. Meet at the base 4pm, Monday 31 August 2026. Easy pace, all welcome.
Nakama (仲間) is Japanese for your crew, the people you ride with. That’s what this ride is about: turning up, meeting other riders, and sharing a few laps at Twin Peaks as the day winds down.
Late summer evenings, warm dirt, and the trails riding fast. A good month to squeeze the most out of the season.
We meet at the Twin Peaks base at 4:00pm on the last Monday of the month. Dan from our trail crew leads the way, and we’re out for one to two hours at an easy, social pace. No racing, nobody dropped, everyone rolls back together.
Intermediate skill level or above is recommended, but not required. If you’re comfortable getting down a blue trail, you’ll fit right in. Come with a mate, or turn up on your own and leave with a few new ones.
