Why it matters

Mountain biking has historically been male-dominated, especially in Japan. Dirty Dames is changing that in Niseko, with a programme built for women across all abilities and ages.

200+ riders

Have joined since the programme launched in 2024.

A full programme

Group rides, skills sessions, and socials every season.

Built for inclusion

Part of NAMBA's commitment to making the sport welcoming for everyone.

New: Dirty Dames tee

A hand-dyed tie-dye t-shirt with the Dirty Dames graffiti logo embroidered on the chest. Real tie-dye, so every shirt is one of a kind. Every sale goes back into NAMBA's trails and the Dirty Dames programme.
