Event Participation Terms

Waver

  1. In the event of earthquakes, natural disasters, heavy snowfall, incidents, accidents, epidemics, or similar circumstances causing event reduction, cancellation, or determining refund availability, amount, and notification methods, the organizer will make decisions on a case-by-case basis and at their sole discression.
  2. I confirm that I am in good health without heart conditions, diseases, etc., and I will participate in the event after considering my well-being and making adequate preparations. I understand that I am responsible for any injuries, accidents, losses, etc., that may occur during the event.
  3. If the organizer determines that the event's continuation is hindered during its course, I will promptly comply with the organizer's cancellation instructions. Furthermore, I will follow all safety and operational instructions provided by the organizer.
  4. I agree to receive necessary medical treatment if any injuries or illnesses occur during the event. I will not hold the organizer accountable for the method or outcomes of such treatment.
  5. I waive the organizer's responsibility for accidents, losses, injuries, etc., that may occur during the event and will not make claims for damages or compensation.
  6. I acknowledge that compensation for accidents or injuries during the event will be within the scope of the insurance coverage obtained by the organizer.
  7. I will provide accurate information about my age, gender, and other details, and I will not allow proxy participation by others. If false information is discovered or proxy participation is detected, I understand that my participation may be canceled, and I may be disqualified from future events. The organizer will not bear any responsibility for false information or proxy participants.
  8. I consent to the use of event-related images, photographs, articles, records, etc., including personal information such as my name, age, gender, and portrait, in newspapers, television, magazines, the internet, brochures, etc. The rights for publishing and usage belong to the organizer.
  9. As the event takes place on public roads and facilities, I will comply with traffic regulations and all rules, instructions, and guidelines set by the organizer. I will ensure safety and health management on my part and immediately report to the organizer if any health issues arise.
  10. I will adhere to the regulations of the Road Traffic Act. I take full responsibility for the maintenance and safety inspection of my bicycle, and I will wear a helmet for head protection.
  11. In the case of accidents caused by my own actions or causing damage to third parties, I will promptly fulfill my liability for compensation. I will not hold the organizer responsible for any damages to my bicycle.
  12. In the event of cancellation due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, such as worsening weather conditions, I will not hold the organizer responsible. I will not claim reimbursement for participation fees, transportation costs, fees, and other expenses incurred for the event. The same applies for cancellations or non-participation on the event day.

Insurance

Please ensure that you have personal event insurance or recreation accident insurance coverage.

Portrait Rights Usage

  1. I grant Specialized and NAMBA permission to use images and videos taken today in product catalogs, web platforms, in-store displays, social media, and all other media outlets.
  2. By granting this permission, I guarantee that neither I nor any third parties will raise any objections or claims.
  3. I agree not to seek monetary compensation for the use of advertisements, visuals, photos, printed materials, products, etc.
  4. I do not impose restrictions on the usage region or duration of the images and videos.
